PRC:POZ:Save For Later Option In Supplier Registration Does Not Send Email Notification to Supplier to Complete Registration (Doc ID 2540009.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior:
Supplier trying to submit the Registration using External Registration URL
During this process they are using the option Save for Later which is not sending email to Supplier to complete registration at later time.

Expected Behavior:
Expect the email notification is received by Supplier when using save for later

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier access Registration URL.
2. Completes the registration partially and use Save For Later option.
3. When using this option expect email notification is sent to Supplier.
- No notification is received.
