When a Bot Runs On IPhone Browsers, the "Send" Button Gets Lost (Doc ID 2540044.1)

Goal

A bot is exposed via the web channel. It works just fine on desktop and Android Mobile browsers.
However on iOS (iPhone), when the user types something or invokes the keyboard the first time, the "Send" button disappears from sight.
This happens in all browsers on iOS. This can be worked around by "two finger pinching" the screen, but this is not something to tell all users.

This behavior is probably due to how iOS renders the keyboard and how the css in the JS SDK.
The bot uses bots-client-sdk-js-19.1.3.0

Is there any way to solve this problem?
