Equipment Assignment Allowed On Multiple Shipments With Overlapping Times

Symptoms
Users are able to assign equipment to multiple shipments with overlapping times.
The users are not using a force assign action to do this, they are using the standard equipment assignment action.
It is physically impossible for the same equipment to be in two places at once. It is expected that OTM would have logic to disallow this unless being force assigned.
This can be replicated using the following steps:
- Navigate to Shipment Management -> Shipment Mangement -> Buy Shipment
- Search for the Shipment that you wish to assign an Equipment Type
- Go to Actions -> Fleet Management -> Assign -> Equipment Type
