Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, CX Integration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the "Create Version" button is clicked in OEC, in CPQ the version counter is skipping one number.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The counter should not skip any numbers.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.click create version
2.cpq version page
3.do not change anything and simply click return to sales cloud button
4. again click create version
5. update something
6. save
7. update opportunity
8. return to sales cloud
9.now one version got skipped

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot have a proper integration.
