Credit Transactions Already selected and Report not Submitted Disappeared After Screen Freeze (Doc ID 2540453.1)

Find that in Manage Expenses, Credit Card transactions disappear after freeze.  
Randomly, Employees who have credit card transactions have started adding them to an expense report and while doing so, the application freezes, then errors.
The credit transactions that had already been selected and the report which had not been submitted have disappeared. Because it has not been submitted, it is not with the Line Manager.

Due to the nature of the issue, users are unable to catch a copy of the error.

Users did not expect the process to freeze and expected recovery or a flowing transaction without issues.


Add an expense report linked to  a credit card transaction.
Claimant has credit card transactions
Claimant creates an expense report
Claimant adds credit card transactions to report, that have been accounted properly with proper descriptions
Check box for policy read is ticked.
Claimant clicks submit
Seems to load for some time, but is frozen and cannot exit the browser (explorer)

Randomly the error is produced
Clicking OK (B), refreshes the screen/browser
Transactions that had been selected have disappeared as well as the report that had been started. None in progress, none in approval.

How do we get the transactions back with the claimants?

Due to this issue, users cannot consistantly process expenses related to Credit Cards causing frustrations.
