Only Triangle Image Shows on Cloud My Services Screen Just After Logging into Oracle Cloud on Internet Explorer 11

Symptoms
When logging into Oracle Cloud on Internet Explorer (IE) 11, only a triangle image is being displayed as below and My Services screen is not displayed;
The issue occurs on the page opened first just after logging into Oracle Cloud;

The issue occurs on IE 11 on both Windows 7 and Windows 10.
The issue does NOT occur on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
Changes
The issue occurs even logging into Oracle Cloud by general steps:
1. Go to cloud.oracle.com
2. Click Sign In
3. Enter the Cloud Account Name and Next.
4. Submit username and password from the login screen.
5. Move to My Services, and then the triangle image appears.
