On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Partner Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
 
created partner type users through the OSC API (https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/r13-update18a/faaps/op-crmrestapi-resources-11.13.18.02-partners- companynumber-child-contacts-partynumber-child-userdetails-post.html). I have also created partner type users through the OSC interface.

It does not self-provide me with roles of type partner, in the security console they do not have any role.

I have reviewed the rules of self-assignment of roles and everything is perfectly.

Users are not being auto-provisioned roles after they are created.
