Symptoms
When trying to load data through oracle visual builder excel plug-in for workorder operations, the link with the cloud instance and the rest api end point for workorder operations are throwing exception.
The link used is
https://xxxx-xxxx.xx.xxx.oraclecloud.com//fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/maintenanceWorkOrders/{WorkOrderId}/child/WorkOrderOperation
ERROR:
The operation failed due to a missing or incomplete data in the response returned from the server.
Contact the system administrator. (VBAFE-00105)
The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.
