Symptoms

When creating Sales orders, currency is showing incorrectly (for example: USD instead of CAD) even with right Pricing Strategy, which has default currency as CAD. 

A defaulting Pricing Strategy has been created that populates the Currency on the Sales Order Form as soon as the Form is open.
