Symptoms
After Whitelisting the new Data Center IP as documented in <Note: 2538902.1>, now you are getting a new error:
Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.ssh2.SshException: SFTP Server not running at opc-proxy:80
Enable additional Diagnostics when scheduling a report and see the following in the diagnostics.log
Changes
Upgraded to 19B and whitelisted the new SFTP IP per <Note: 2538902.1>
