Emails with Attachments Not Being Sent to Multiple Recipients (Doc ID 2541073.1)

Symptoms

When any email with an attachment is sent from the CPQ application to multiple recipients, either no users will receive the email or only a single user will receive the email.

The following errors can also be found in the error logs when the emails are triggered:

Throwable error occurred while running the task with id: XXXXXX
A messaging error occurred while attempting to send an e-mail.
Caused by: javax.mail.MessagingException: IOException while sending message;
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /bigmac/cpq/bigmachines/bmtmp/XXXXXX (No such file or directory)
