Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders
ISSUE BEHAVIOR
---------------
User submitted and approved a change order XYZ123.
Post approval the Change order status is approved but the line status is canceled and changes are not reflecting in application.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Line should not be cancelled and changes should reflect as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Change order
2. Approve the change order
