Symptoms

  1. You create a MS Office 365 application in IDCS

  2. Clicking the AUTHORIZE button after enabling Provisioning throws the following error:
invalid_grant+AADSTS9002313:+Invalid+request.+Request+is+malformed+or+invalid.
