ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Lightbox, after uploading a document, when I select to Add content to an opportunity, the attachment appears twice in the attachment window.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The file should be shared once

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upload file in lightbox
Actions->Attach content to -> Opportunity
Select Opportunity
Save
Go to Opportunity and see the same file go attached twice

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add the file once in opportunity
