On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Opportunities

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Drop down stuck during inline editing

Sometimes when user edit Opportunity drop down fields (mainly DCL fields) from landing page, drop downs are stuck in application.
Main issue that user faced is in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer Browser.
When clear cache of browser and check again, it works for once, however after sometime shows same issue again.

Issue is occurring most frequently.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When an user edit Opportunity in landing page the drop down fields to work properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Opportunity
2. Edit Opportunity in landing page
3. check for a drop down field
