Lines are locked in - Reserved -  Status after the order has been revised by adding a line to the order. The line status on existing lines on the order has been changed from - Awaiting shipping - to - Reserved.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and Submit an Order.
2. Order progresses to - Awaiting Shipping
3. Create an Order Revision
4. Add a line to the Order.
5. Lines are locked and Line Status is Reserved.
