Symptoms

On: Oracle Prime 19.3 version, Cloud: Mobile Apps

Field - Issues loading slow and get page unresponsive.

While using Google Chrome, workspace view(s) will not load but rather become unresponsive.
Also, if users switch their view from a workspace view to a project view, they get the page unresponsive message after the page tries to load for about a minute and half.
In IE, it gives an error message that "oracleindustry.com is not responding due to a long running process". When left on that screen though, for about two minutes, it does load.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In Chrome, go to Issues.
2. Select a workspace view.
3. Page spins and the three loading dots appear for about a minute and a half. Then user receives the 'Page Unresponsive' message.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot load workspace views.
