ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Internal Company users are using SSO and are getting password reset warning emails from Oracle. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Internal Company users should not be receiving password reset warning emails from Oracle because authentication is not being handled by Oracle.  Only external users should be getting password reset emails because authentication is being handled by Oracle.
