Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Receiving
Customer can't receive a expense PO on 17-Apr-2019 and getting warning message. The PO line requested deliver date is 16-Apr-2019 line . However, they can receive on 11-Apr-2019 without problems.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO
2. Create Receipt
3. System will pop up warning message
