Symptoms

The Refresh Members functionality is failing when run from on-premises FDMEE.  Data Management within EPBCS test reports that the Refresh Members finishes successfully but the FDMEE on-premises fails with the message: "ERROR [AIF]: Error in Executing cloud Member Refreshnull".
