IDCS: PeopleSoft Integration using appgate: Need a way to map EmployeeNumber (Doc ID 2541791.1)

Symptoms

Integrating IDCS with PeopleSoft using appgate fails as appgate does not provide a way to map EmployeeNumber as session attribute.


ERROR

Authentication fails.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Integrate PeopleSoft with IDCS
2. AD using AD bridge is used to sync users for authentication.
3. Users synced from AD to IDCS, have UserName attribute in IDCS as samAccountName which is different from the PeopleSoft Username which is EmployeeNumber.
