Symptoms
OMC Infrastructure Monitoring.
OMC instance has been setup to monitor Oracle DB Entities.
SQL Analytics page doesn't show any data for Performance Summary of a database entity.
Diagnostics/Diagnostics and Tuning pack is enabled in the database:
