Symptoms
Whenever User A goes to enter a requisition the requester is defaulting to User B.
Due to this issue, User A is having to manually change the requester and needs the application to default to them and not User B.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login as User A.
2. Create a Requisition.
3. Default requester is defaulting to User B.
Changes
Requisition Preferences have been Modified.
