Accessing Myservices Using SSO Fails with Error: There is problem with your account. Please contact Support (Doc ID 2542271.1)

Symptoms

On : N/A version, SSO Service

After configured the IdP then accessing myservices, the following error occurs.

ERROR

There is problem with your account. Please contact Support

Error in the IDCS log:
----------------------------
ERROR: Event: system.error.runtime, Generated: with targets metrics: false, audit: false, notification: false, analyze: true, subscribe: false
Signature verification failed for partner xyzIDP. The certificate from the remote provider may need to be updated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. accessing myservices
2. Login fails with the error below:
There is problem with your account. Please contact Support

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access myservices using SSO.
