Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.13.19.04.0 version, After 19B was applied, Lockbox Interface Upload is not working getting error


ERROR:
----------------
SQL*Loader-941: Error during describe of table AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE
ORA-04043: object AR_PAYMENTS_INTERFACE does not exist


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting to be able to import receipts


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Tools > Scheduling Processes
3. Run Lockbox
4. Reviewed the log file and observed unapplied item
