Able to Add Out of Stock Item to Cart Using Location Specific Inventory Data (Doc ID 2542334.1)

Symptoms

Able to add out of stock items to cart.

Reproducible Steps:
1. Bring up PDP of a particular out of stock item
2. Add the item to cart
3. Open cart page  --> Seeing "This item is no longer in stock." message.

Location specific in getInventory endpoint call with "locationIds=B2C" returns "availabilityStatusMsg": "inStock" while both "stockThreshold" and "stockLevel" are zero.

Request:

The issue occurred 19.1.1 version which has the fix for the following bug.

BUG 28529726 - Stock status is displayed as 'In Stock' even though the product is out of stock
