Can't Receive ASNs With Button "Receive Entire Shipment" (Doc ID 2542362.1)

Users can't receive ASNs with the button "Receive Entire Shipment".

Users can’t receive ASNs created through the interface. If the ASN that was created through input interface is received with the button “Receive Entire Shipment”, the ASN gets stuck In transit status. A message appears once the the user clicks on the button, displaying that the ASN is submitted for processing. But after refreshing several times, the ASN remains in “In Transit” status.
Users were able to process most pallets, however, there's one pallet that can't be modified, thus users can't complete the reception of the ASN. Is there a way to modify the pallet?
