On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Contract Authoring
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a Clause is Submitted for approval, and if you look up on the Drafts page under "Submitted for Approval" section the Single Clause is showing in multiple records.
Also, whenever refresh the page or just go back and come to the same "Submitted for Approval" section the record keeps increasing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The clause should be displayed only once.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a clause for Approval
2. Go to Drafts > Submitted for Approval
3. The same clause can be seen multiple times.
