Goal

1.) Where exactly are all the events stored when the OIC instance is down?

2.) Are all failed business events handled the same way or does it differ for different events like item creation failure vs create shipment and so on?

3.) Where can we see the error details related to these events- Is there an error notification or can we see the reason for the error.

4.) Is there a way to know in Order management / Oracle fusion if any business event has not triggered due to any error. Is there an error notification and the reason of the error?

For an example, shipment confirm is an event which is triggered in order management and suppose if the event got failed due to the target system is down, where that error will be stored?
