Fields Help Boxes Do Not Disappear When You Have Moved On Or Exited The Screen (Doc ID 2542658.1)

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Activity Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Dialogue boxes on Assessment Script do not disappear when you have moved on or exited the screen.

When creating a record the user selects certain tick boxes. Each tick box has a dialogue box that appears to help the user. However, these boxes should disappear when the user stops hovering over the tick box but they are not. Even exiting the screen they remain and the user can only clear them by going to the home screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The tick boxes help boxes should disappear a few moments after the user hover of the tick box

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to a a record and hover over the help on a field
2. The help box is displayed with the respective text
3. remove the focus of the help icon or the field and verify the help box does not disappears

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the UI clearly, even after closing the record
