On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Contract Authoring

How to change other Bell Notifications received after 1 user from a subgroup approves the contract? The first Bell Notification received is that user approved the contract, but if in the same subgroup are more users there are also other Bell Notifications that looks like the other users are withdrawing the contract because the first user approved it.
