Dissolve Appears Enabled For Users Who Do Not Have Access to Delete an Activity.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to Dissolve an Activity, the following error occurs.
"Unable to save changes. Failed saving data. User xxx does not have delete privileges on object Activity."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into P6 Web.
2. Open a Project.
3. In the Activities View, select the gearbox to the left of an Activity.
4. Select "Dissolve" and save changes. Error.
