Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, .Set Up Compensation Management

When attempting to Add in the Stored Statement setup, the following error occurs.

java.lang.NullPointerException


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigated to Administer Workers > Searched for the above EE > Selected the Plan that he is eligible into > went to Statement tab
2. Clicked "Add" button. Noticed the "java.lang.NullPointerException" error popup. And the Template dropdown is blank.
