How to send an E-Mail every time a Manager is assigned to an Opportunity (added as Team Member)? The requirement is that the system should send an E-Mail to a specific email address, containing the Opportunity Number, Manager Name and the Sales Representative Name that is already assigned in the Opportunity.
In case there are two or more Sales Representative already assigned to the Opportunity Team, when the Manager is assigned the system have to send the same E-Mail as before but instead of sending a list with all Sales Representatives in the content, the system must send separate E-Mails, each E-Mail containing the name of one individual Sales Representative (and the standard information: OP Number and assigned Manager).
How to deal with the information of the Manager being added (inside Team Members) simultaneously with the Sales Representatives already in the Team?
