Update BP Record Web Service Calls Are Not Updating An Auto-Created BP Record (Doc ID 2543598.1)

Symptoms

When updating an Auto-Created Business Process (BP) record via a web services SOAP call, the record is not consistently being updated with the data in the web service call.  Currently, the integration has a three second delay between the auto-creation of the BP record, and the attempt to update the same BP record. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting that after the BP record is auto-created, the update BP record call 3 seconds later will consistently be successful at updating the record.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been identified > Open the Business Process log > Open the BP record that was updated via Web Services > View the Audit Log.
  3. The Audit Log shows that at a specific time the update via integration was attempted, but the record did not have the updates indicated in the Audit Log. 
  4. The same record was successfully updated manually.
