Symptoms

On Oracle : Any Version that supports Tooltip Functionality associated to Data Elements

A Tooltip was added to the properties for a Data Element (DE) under the Data Structure Setup node, and then brought into a Business Process (BP) in uDesigner by way of the Tooltip button in the Upper Forms log.

The Tooltip was then removed from the Properties of the Data Element, but it is still showing in the BP record at run time.
