ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to search Transaction Under Credit Memo Application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to search transaction under Add Open Receivables

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1)Receivables -> Accounts Receivables -> Credit Memos -> Manage Credit Memo Applications
 2)Search Credit Memo
 3)Click Add Open Receivables
 4)Search for the transaction

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to Add Open Receivables to CM
