Error When Attempting To Create Opportunity Contact Via REST Web Service

We have added two custom "Contact" fields to the Opportunity screen, and are trying to have these contacts added to the "Contacts" tab for the opportunity, much like the Primary Contact standard field already does.
I am attempting to this via a POST method (found at: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/sales/18b/faaps/op-crmrestapi-resources-11.13.18.05-opportunities-optyid-child-opportunitycontact-post.html).
When attempting to use this, an error is received, as seen on "Error.PNG". This works when attempting within SOAPUI, but not within Fusion's Application Composer.
