Unable To Activate Integration Using the Oracle Commerce Cloud Adapter (Doc ID 2544211.1)

Symptoms

Attempts to activate an Integration, when using the deleteOrganizationAddr operation from Oracle Commerce Cloud Adapter (OCC), fail with the following error:

"Endpoint WSDLs of invokes UpdateOrgDetailsinOCC, getOrgIdDetails, deleteOrganizationAddr, createOriginOCC may have changed. Regenerate the integration using Actions|Regenerate Artifacts on the Edit Integration screen, if that option is available. Otherwise recreate the connection. Some connection types do not support regeneration."

This error persists after both regenerating the artifacts and recreating the connection.
