Symptoms
When attempting to terminate, transfer or load an employee, the following error occurs.
ERROR

PAY_PR_DEL_FUTURE_PAYROLL: PAY-1636340 You cannot separate or transfer the worker because there is an active payroll record in the future. To separate the worker or transfer the worker to a different legal employer, first delete the future-dated payroll record for the payroll QA Payroll.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee - approval successful
2. Error occurs
