Symptoms

Sales Order is stuck in Awaiting Shipping. The DOO Error is coming after doing the Recover Order Process.
All the lines in the reported sales order are affected by the issue. Several orders are affected by the issue.

ERROR

"Service updateHoldInstancesForChange in the Product Services API failed for orchestration process 300000010548300. (DOO-2685659)
Details: A failure occurred in one of the product service API. A product service is an orchestration API that runs when another
Oracle Fusion Application calls the orchestration API."

Steps To Reproduce:

Go To Order Management>Navigate Manage Orders UI

Query Reported Orders>Go To Actions

Switch to Fulfillment View and Recover the order

Observe the reported error after order recovery is completed.
