When using the transfer ADFDI spreadsheet it is failing with "Transaction unit entered are invalid."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Transfer Assets page
2. Select 'Mass' tab then search for
     - Transaction Type = Transfer
     - Posting status = In progress
3. Select batch then click on Prepare to generate spreadsheet.
4. Update Units fields to '1' then click Upload
5. Check the Scheduled Process for the 'Post Mass Transfers' ends in 'Error'
