Unable Create Miscellaneous Transaction Due to "Use Current Item Cost" Issue (Doc ID 2544465.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to create a Misc. Transaction, "Add" option is not available in the Transaction Lines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Add button should be available in order to create a new Miscellaneous Transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Supply Chain Execution ==> Inventory Management
2. On the task bar, select "Create Miscellaneous Transaction"
3. Select Type: Misc. Receipt
4. Enter the appropriate Account segments.
