Symptoms

Intermittently some orders are not sent to customer's order management system (OMS) through webhook Web API, or the order is not sent until a few days. Server log shows that quite some HTTP 500 errors are from customer's endpoint as follows:

BUSINESS IMPACT
Due to this issue, some orders are not getting into the customer's OMS, forcing them to manually move/update the data in their OMS. This is a very tedious, error-prone, and intensive activity for a live site.
