Goal

Can we Enable only the Country Code field in the UI when we create a new Contact.

The requirement is Phone Country should toggle based upon the Contact.Address Country selection. For example, if the contact has a country = United Kingdom, then the Phone country code should be 44. Or if the country = United States, then Phone Country code should be 1.
