Symptoms
When attempting to add an absence for a period more than 1 year, in Advance mode the following error occurs.

Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Absence Records
2. Add an Absence > choose Advance Mode
3. Apply the absence for a period of 1 year or more > error is returned when system calculates absence duration
