Information in this document applies to any platform.
Your Enterprise has users in HR System with Email as User Name - However, some users don't have the email box; Email is just used as User Login.
Now, you need to enable MFA (Multi Factor Authentication) for all the users - however, users with non-working emails cannot access OTP Codes using email.
So, You need a mechanism for adding a secondary email for MFA purposes. This email can be personal email address and can be used for MFA OTP.
