Error encountered when Accessing Sales Lead - Contact Subtab Having Join Field

I have an error encountered when I access Sales Lead - Contact Subtab.

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #17

This happened when I added field on Join of Sales Lead Contact and added it in the layout.
