ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Student loan is considering direct payment element in the calculation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Direct payments should have been excluded from the Gross pay calculation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up the Student loan element
2. Run the payroll/QP for an employee to see the results
