Goal

As oracle's sftp service will not be available and customer will have to setup their own sftp server, customer ask how will WMS work if the customer's sftp server is not stable or slow in access? Will WMS keep on retry or simply raise an error if there is problem to access the customer's sftp server?

Any suggestion from WMS side on how to detect and avoid potential risk?
